Pumpkin and chestnut soup
Duck and pigeon terrine with plum chutney
Octopus, white bean and chorizo stew with aioli

Organic roast chicken with roast potatoes, bacon, brussel sprouts,
stuffing, bread sauce and gravy
Guinea fowl with speck, sage, cavolo nero and Castelluccien lentils
Slow roast pork shoulder with roast potatoes, savoy cabbage and
pear relish
