With our commitment to wild and local produce and the wealth of herbs and vegetables we use, it is not surprising that we love to cook for guests who are vegetarian or vegan.
It is always possible to choose vegetarian dishes from the set and à la carte menus, which use the freshest herbs and vegetables brought in on the day. Our soups are suitable for vegetarians.
There is always a vegetarian tasting menu as an alternative to our daily tasting menu and a vegetarian alternative to our special occasion tasting or other menus such as, for example, for dinner on New Year’s Eve or Valentine’s Day - and some guests who eat meat have been known to be tempted to have these menus.
As well as some great dishes created for vegetarian guests, our side dishes on the menus, featuring our fresh vegetables and herbs, have also been enjoyed together as a vegetarian dish.
At the moment we have rich cèpe ragoût, wild mushroom ragoût, salt baked beetroot with toasted hazelnuts, salt baked celeriac with spinach, crushed ratte potatoes with olive oil and fresh herbs and pan roasted blue hubbard squash.
