Pheasant consommé with madeira, guinea fowl ravioli and vegetable paysanne
Seafood fritto misto. Monkfish, prawns, squid and red mullet with aioli and amalfi lemon (for two to share)

Vegetable mezze with marinated aubergines, confit peppers with capers, hummus and tzatziki, served with grilled flatbread (for two to share)

Main Courses
Wild halibut fillet with scallop tartare and champagne cream
Roast saddle of lamb with spinach, sultanas, pine nuts and Shepherd's pie (for two to share)
Gnocchi alla Romana baked with mushrooms and truffle oil


Desserts

Pistachio crème brulée with blood orange jelly and honey madaleines
White chocolate tart with passionfruit sauce and milk ice cream
Tarte tatin with calvados ice cream
